I started Point Capital Services because I believe every borrower deserves honest advice, real options, and a financing professional who is there when they need guidance. Many borrowers start with a single lender and may never get to explore the full range of financing options available to them.

As an independent broker, I work with multiple lenders to explore financing options based on your specific situation — whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or acquiring a business.

A Different Approach to Financing.

A mortgage broker should be more than someone who simply processes paperwork. I’ve always believed clients deserve clear guidance, real options, and someone who takes the time to understand their goals.

I founded Point Capital Services in Sugar Land, TX with a simple mission: educate every client about their financing options and provide personalized guidance — not treat them like just another transaction.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of Texas families and business owners navigate the financing process — from first-time homebuyers using FHA loans to veterans using VA financing to self-employed borrowers who may not have fit traditional lending guidelines. My role is to explore the available options and help find a financing strategy that fits their situation.

On the commercial side, I’ve helped finance gas station acquisitions, Montessori schools, warehouses, and manufacturing businesses using SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and other commercial financing solutions. These transactions can be complex — and that’s where my experience can make a difference.
